Winter is a Good Time to Enjoy Snow View in Tianmen Mountain
With the height of 1518.5 meter, Tianmen Mountain is the highest mountain in zhangjiajie. Every year, it will become an icy world with the stunning view. The local zhangjiajie citizens will take the cable to the top to enjoy the snow view every year as they know it’s really worth to go. Also winter is the low season for tourists; hence they don’t need spend time to wait for the cable car. Do as the local do, winter is a really good time to enjoy beautiful snow in Tianmen Mountain.
This begin of December, Tianmen Mountain welcomed the first snow while it rained heavily in zhangjiajie city area. It was totally different worlds. All the trees trunk covered with white and twinkle snow. Soft snow covered the road, walk on it, you can feel it’s softy. Some trees hang on the cliff with the white snow, it’s really stunning. Clouds will fly over the half mountain, the whole mountain like a fairy land. A lot of tourists were lucky to see the snow, play snow and make the snow ball, especially for the tourists, who live in hot places and have no chance to see the snow.
Only one thing not good is that Tianmen Cave will closed every winter .as the 99 bends road will become icy, buses can not driver on the road. so it’s would be a great pity you can not go to the cave, but there still have chance to see the cave while you sitting in the cable car.
